Dion is a renowned corporate transactions lawyer with 17 years of experience in the Indonesian and South East Asian legal markets. Dion focuses on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings, strategic collaborations, investments as well as private equity and venture capital-style transactions in telecommunication, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals; fintech (encompassing among other things, payments, equity crowdfunding, e-money, e-wallets, peer-to-peer lending, and digital banking); digital/technology start-ups in various sectors (including ride-hailing, e-commerce marketplaces and e-retail); data centres, logistics, real estate and downstream oil and gas sectors.
Prior to joining Ashurst OSP, he spent more than six years at a prominent international law firm.
Dion was called to the bar in 2010 and is admitted to practice law at all levels of court in Indonesia.
